8/11/16: Clifton, IL- The Longbranch. The Longbranch is a great bar and restaurant about 90 minutes outside of Chicago and we were so happy to be playing our first Illinois show in over a month. This was an amazing night, and it was incredible seeing so many great people come out to the show. We were happy to get to see friends who we hadn’t seen since our last Illinois shows earlier this summer. Our first set of music included a massive downpour and soaked everyone. Our instruments stayed dry but we couldn’t use the stage for our second set. There was a barn in the back yard of the Longbranch and we packed everyone in for our second set of music. As the storm carried on we played acoustic music and had the whole barn singing with us. This was an unforgettable night and it made us so happy to be back in Illinois.
