4/24/16- Kansas City, MO- The Prohibition Hall: Our past five days consisted of a show in a different city every night, and we were wrapping that up here in KC. Before the concert we payed a visit to Collin’s aunt and uncle who had just moved to town. We were so excited to arrive to a generous spread of vegan friendly food with some meat options for Travis and me! After catching up with them we made our way to the Prohibition Hall. We had a fun show and were so happy to see Collin’s aunt and uncle there, who had brought a whole group of their friends, thanks guys! The night was a great time, and after the set we began the long drive back to central Illinois where the band had a few days off. I was very excited to be traveling to Oberlin in Ohio to play a few jazz shows with my good friends on these days off.
