2/5/16: East Aurora, NY- 189 Public House. Our last New York show of the tour! We couldn’t think of a cooler sixth and final NY show than the 189. The owner of the venue also owned the neighboring restaurant/ bar, Bar Bill. I ate over there before the show and had the best wings I have ever had in my life. When I got back over to 189 I was excited to see that all three rooms, upstairs balcony, ground floor, and bar, were all full! We had a great show with excellent sound and very enthusiastic rooms full of people to play to. After the show we got to stay with some friends we met, AJ and Kristi, who generously opened up their home to us and saved us from bearing a night in the cold sleeping on the bus. We stayed up late hanging out with them and their two awesome dogs, and in the morning we were so happy to be made a huge stack of pancakes! It meant so much to be so warmly taken in for the evening, and to now be able to call AJ and Kristi friends. Thanks so much guys!
