2/1/16: Lake Drum Brewery- Geneva, NY. After our show at Ventosa Vineyards, we had a few days off to spend here in upstate New York. We were so happy to have a place to stay through our new friends, Andre and Joanna, who live right in downtown Geneva. These guys are so kind and generous, and it meant so much to be able to make ourselves at home with them. While staying here we got to know the owner of the Brewery downstairs from their apartment, Victor, who let us add a last minute show at his venue. The Lake Drum Brewery is an awesome downtown spot which specializes the newly crafted style of sour beers, and has live music much of the week. We played on a Monday night, and were so excited to have the place packed, and saw lots of familiar faces from our Ventosa show a few days ago. We also were excited to have people come up to us saying that they had missed the Vineyard show but were told not to make that mistake again! After a great night of music we spent some time on our following day off in Geneva exploring the Fingerlakes. We walked along a lakeside trail, and Austin hit up the local skate park. We were so happy to get such beautiful, and unusually warm weather on our days off here in upstate New York!
